Kerry/Edwards lawyers warn TV stations over Swift Boat ad

In Rush's closing segment he said that he just received a story or document saying that lawyers for both the Kerry and Edwards teams were sending out letters to TV stations warning them about showing the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth advertisement!

An amazing op-ed is on the bottom of the msnbc.com web site by Glenn Reynolds that addresses this issue and demands that the Kerry people come clean... and tells the media to get busy with sound investigative reporting on the swift boat vets issues.
Almost fell off my chair.

Easily, one SwiftVet was Kerry's gunner (twin 50s up top) and the others were on boats yards from Kerry's on the same mission at the same time.

Rush read the letter .. there is a missing statement which would have made the letter authentic. The words are "cease and desist". Those words are not in the letter. Cease and desist is a legal term and because it was not used .. they are blowing smoke.
That tells you THEY DON'T HAVE A LEGITIMATE CLAIM.
This is nothing more than a strongarm tactic to try to FOOL PEOPLE into thinking the Swiftboat Vets are lying.

I have the ad saved to disc, through links on FR. The ad WILL appear on TV (in Wisconsin and on FOX - Hannity and Colmes), even if Kerry decides to bring out his his real band of brothers who are the DNC LAWYERS to muzzle those who disagree.
