The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

I don't know this area of Chicago. Is it business or residential? I can't see a 10:00 p.m. attack if the goal is to cause maximum casulties. 10:00 a.m., but not 10:00 p.m.

Possibly, they were qute nasty looking. 70MPH+ winds probably happened somewhere near chicago as they moved through.

You're right. For them patience is more than a virtue. They do nothing to tie them to our country, they rent cars, apartments, and motels. Then they blend in with us, many in jobs that give them access to buildings (janitorial and maintenance) and vehicles (taxis and semi-trucks). They man convenience stores with open ears and your credit card information at their fingertips. They work as cooks in restaurants (faces we'll never see as we dine on our meals). Restaurant personnel are not known to be employees with any degree of longevity anyway. Patient, you betcha, they've been watching us for a long long time in virtually every city in this nation. It's time we began to watch them back!

That's what the original report on FR was, I haven't seen anything more on that. Certainly would be bad news if true, I haven't heard of that type of thing being used before.
