To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger. "Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix." We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research. With clerk's office investigated, U.S. rejects Hudson documents

The Associated Press
NEWARK, N.J. (AP) The U.S. Department of State has stopped accepting passport applications processed by the Hudson County clerk's office or birth certificates issued by the county as proof of citizenship, pending the outcome of an ongoing corruption investigation involving the sale of documents.
"It's a highly unusual action," State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said Tuesday during a briefing in Washington.
"The investigation has developed facts indicating that we cannot rely on the accuracy of information on passport applications that were processed by the county clerk's office," Boucher said.
Michael Drewniak, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Newark, which is conducting the investigation jointly with the State Department, said the activity did not appear to be terror related.
"It did not originate as a terrorism investigation, and there is no indication whatsoever of terrorist involvement," Drewniak said.
No arrests have been made.
County Clerk Javier E. Inclan scheduled a news conference Tuesday to discuss the situation, but later canceled it, saying a news release would be issued.
Neither Inclan nor a spokesman for County Executive Tom DeGise returned calls to their offices on Tuesday.
Boucher noted that residents of any county in New Jersey, including Hudson, can obtain official birth certificates from the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Trenton, which the State Department would accept as proof of citizenship.
Boucher also said there were many locations aside from the county clerk's office where passport applications could be obtained and submitted by Hudson residents.
"We designate many post offices, clerks of court, public libraries, other state, county, township and municipal government offices to accept passport applications on our behalf," he said.
hmmmm thanks. interesting detail.
He's certainly no dummy.
And whether he's complicit or not--he's gotta be a prime candidate for the puppet masters to manipulate to their own ends.
LOL, but of course.
From an FBI press release on Friday, July 30, 2004:
Alamoudi made at least ten trips to Libya, many lasting as long as five days. According to the Statement of Facts, while in Libya, Alamoudi participated in meetings with Libyan government officials. Initially, during a meeting on March 13, 2003, Alamoudi and Libyan government officials discussed creating "headaches" and disruption in Saudi Arabia. As the scheme continued, however, Alamoudi learned that the actual objective of the scheme was the assassination of Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah. Alamoudi participated in recruiting participants for this plot, by introducing the Libyans to two Saudi dissidents in London and facilitating the transfer of hundreds of thousands of dollars of cash from the Libyans to those dissidents to finance the plot.

"t makes me sick to think how little most people really know about our enemy."
If I may expand your sentence a bit...
It makes me sick to think how little most people really WANT TO know about our enemy. APATHY IS A KILLER.
thanks Liz, I am so sick of this lib spin today all over the news, it is 3-4 y old , so freakin what? We have facts why this is common! We should start calling/mailing all these idiots on their spin!
Hmmm, good point all4one. I'm going to remember that before I get on a plane this fall.
For effective self defense and great exercise I highly recommend Aikido. No punches or kicks and it works extremely well and it works just as well for women as well as men. In fact if you attempt to use any strength at all in executing any of the kata is means you're doing it wrong. I have used my Aikido at school more than once successfully. Aikido is, btw, what Steven Seagal uses, at least in his early flicks.
My intention here was to provide a effective quickie that's easy for a woman to use.
Low effort stuff. What else ya got?
Thanks for asking.
Its been raining pretty hard down here for the last couple of days, but so far the only thing we have from the hurricane is a little bit of rain and wind from the outer rings of the storm. Nothing big, and the gusts are only about 20 mph.
Over the month of July, we had 20 inches of rain, so we dont need anymore. The rivers are flooding, the streets are flooding, and my yard resembles a rainforest...LOL
I'm more worried about the one forming in the Caribbean than I am ALEX. Alex is sure tearing up the outer banks, however.
Heres a goodie:
Use a tube sock and put either a bar of soap or something else with a little oomph into it. Then beat the snot out of the terrorist. Criminals use this little trick all the time in jails te even scores.
Some of them end up in critical condition from sock/soap attacks.
A nuclear plant was my first thought when I saw the graphic.
