The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Exactly! 911 is the most startling example, yet the media and others ignore this deliberately. They do not wish to connect the dots because it won't help fufill their hidden and not-so-hidden agendas.

Right on. The fact that the data is not brand new raises the hair on my neck immediately. Frankly, the longer they plan an attack the better the chances are that it will be horrific. I guess it's hard for our "fast food ain't fast enough" mentality to accept that these people are very patient and very determined.

I frequent a message board that has Democrats and Republicans on it. All the democrats are trying to say this is a political move and that the threat means nothing because the information is years old. It makes me sick to think how little most people really know about our enemy.

The security is so non-existent where I am, and to the surrounding facilities, I can not detail it here for security reasons!! It regards specifically the things you mentioned. I agree. And thanks for not spelling it out here. I spoke with a Flight Attendant the other day, and was shocked at what she had to say about security. Tsk tsk to whomever is in charge (or IS there anyone in charge???).

Went out for crabcakes on the Chesapeake with the family over the weekend and saw that our favorite crab eatery now has a camera scoping the entire place. I recall something posted about the shore towns and beaches having cameras and I expect it will expand to other tourist areas. The kids were more impressed by the big elk head on the wall than the lens.
