The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Primarily to be used.

They steal a lot of reefer trailers too. I've heard of them backed up to houses and used as air conditioners.

If it's not nailed down, someone down there will steal it. I've picked up trailers from bonded yards that have had all the lights and glad hand grommets swiped. I've had new tires stolen from trailers and replaced with uninspectable garbage.

That's just from bonded yards in Laredo.

Don't do that! Assess, decide and either "engage" or break contact totally and stay the heck away from him. In this case, "engagement" means just make the call or send the e-mail. Give them all the data you can and back away. But if you try to play "Dick Tracy" (the only other guy I ever knew who wore a wrist camera/radio) with this, you might get hurt.

After my Y2K burnout, I drove OTR for almost 2 years. I was in Del Rio or Laredo every week or so, then on up to Toronto.

There was a legal "buffer" at the time that was like an overlap. Mexican trucks could come in, but only so far. You've never seen such junk.

I'm not making any kind of slur; it's a different world down there. It's almost lawless.

Don't try to write a story to justify why you're contacting them. You don't need evidence, you need suspicion. Let the LEO's take care of evidence.

Kerry mouth and his multiple positions are going to be his undoing. Today he followed Michael Moore's lead and criticized the President's conduct after the 2nd plane hit the 2nd tower. He said he would have swung into action immediately.... guess he forgot an appearance on Larry King when he said:

KERRY: I was in the Capitol. We'd just had a meeting -- we'd just come into a leadership meeting in Tom Daschle's office, looking out at the Capitol. And as I came in, Barbara Boxer and Harry Reid were standing there, and we watched the second plane come in to the building. I've posted this before, but it is worth repeating. During the 90's Clinton allowed the gangs proliforate like fleas. My Mother and I kept saying "Clinton's Army." I know we're talking of Muslims but I can't help but think the Klintoons are involved somehow and someway all of this is to their advantage. Perhaps it is all the measures we've had to take and more to come to protect ourselves. Then we'll be in a police state, which is OK now with me because conservatives our in power. But what happens in 2008 is what is scary. Hillary gets elected President, Bill become Secretary General, the NOW Hags have broom patrol over the cities and towns, we're all chipped and monitored. Hillary and Bill win, they'll be in control of the world.
