The scr-w-ng you get for the scr-w-ng you...didn't get?
Seriesly, IIRC, I thought that the law exempted the donor in a documented sperm donation from paying child support. (Yep, I realize that there was no documentation here.) I also think that this law will be overturned by judicial fiat or jury nullification as soon as some sleezeball trial liar lawyer whines "It's for the CHILLLLLDRUN!"

This is why I shrug when I hear complaints about "Deadbeat Dads".

I would never trust a verbal agreement about anything potentially worth over $1,000. For a sperm donor agreement, I would require a notorized contract.

Well, that does it for me. No more donations here, either!

After a two year affair, you have to wonder how he "donated" his sperm.

This should be a wake up call for all of those J**K-Off idiots. Maybe it will become difficult for lesbo couples to get sperm unless its from David Crosby.

I have no problem with this. The child support is for the children, and they never agreed to grant the father an exemption.

Aim low...shoot high.
That won't work...Bill Clinton tried that method and it got him a bit of flack, along with a good part of his legacy.
