The first sign appears to say "We Are Not Resposable". I assume from the context that "resposable" means "people who are productive and smell good".
Three words.
"Ban" roll-on deodorant.
Yeah! The one in the front's even wearing a mask to fend off the stench!
Hmmm.
Maybe these social miscreants just need a good bath.
The caption reads:

These black-clad freaks definitely are not representative of most of the good folks of West Virginia. It looks like an ANSWER contingent of good goths gone bad.
I thought that one looked like a Billy-Bob. I'm sure one of the gals is his sister/wife.
They could have used those items to make some car wash
signs, to get jobs, and to get clean at the same time.
looks like she misspelled the word "thief" with her white paint on black and then corrected it...
I wonder if she even knows that John Kerry shot and killed a man in Vietnam. I wonder if she even knows that John Kerry lied to the media and Congress about "war crimes" in Vietnam.
I wonder if she even cares.
And they probably had to tear down their cardboard shack, to get the materials for the signs. They'll figure it out, when they get 'home' tonight and find it missing!
NOne of them probably work or pay taxes. They look like these scraggly looking young bums that panhandle around Savannah and actually make so much money doing it,that they all have ATM cards.
Not that I agree with these people, but I think the sign says disposable, not reposable.
I agree. I'm sure that if they are not the "scraggly looking young bums" that you mention, they are scraggly looking rich trust fund Marxists who want to see a socialist America. However, they think in their narcistic view of themselves, that THEY will be the elite running things while the rest of us exist to benefit THEM. In their minds, that's called equality. It's too bad the US doesn't have compulsary military service. What those spoiled neo-hippies need is a few weeks of a very enthusiastic drill sergeant to give them a little guidance. Meanwhile, they will go back to their coffee houses to spend their free time, which they obviously have lots of, their sociology and women's studies classes paid for with daddy's money, and get their degrees in fields that can only provide employment in some college or university. That way they can be the next generation of brainwashers indoctrinating the next generation into the realm of Marxist socialism; just like they were by the Communists currently teaching in most of our colleges and universities.
It's possible that they are just blindly antiwar (just as it is possible that other groups are blindly proanimal or proenvironment), but probably they did not march against Clinton's wars in Haiti or Yugoslavia. To understand their ilk's real motivations, it is useful to realize that the only thing they criticized Clinton for was removing the welfare entitlement. Their real enemy is private property, for all the reasons given by the socialists in the 19th century.
Cutting through the rhetoric, it usually comes down to the same 150-year-old argument--socialism versus capitalism. The Bush slander is just a tangential battle in that war.
What they do,I was told,is go to differant towns and beg and the rich old people feel sorry for them and give them money. They earn so much that they all have ATM accounts and blow their money on beer and junk food.Their appearance is a sight to behold, green dreadlocks ,plenty of face piercings, tattered clothes, barefeet, etc.
This photo was clearly fixed - the she-male shows clean-shaven armpits.
She's probably just as disdainful about Kerry. These look like Nader/Dean/Kucinich fans.
