What they do,I was told,is go to differant towns and beg and the rich old people feel sorry for them and give them money.They earn so much that they all have ATM accounts and blow their money on beer and junk food.Their appearance is a sight to behold,green dreadlocks ,plenty of face piercings,tattered clothes,barefeet,etc.
It costs money to get tattoos and face piercings. Dead giveaway that they aren't broke.
I didn't know about the panhandling, but that does make sense. I'm sure that any money that they have has never been earned, but given to them one way or another.
