OPERATION BIAS CHECK -- The NYC chapter of ProtestWarrior decided to send the mainstream media a message. In true ProtestWarrior style, they crashed the June 29th "Today Show" - and while Matt Lauer charmed the crowd with his musings on the new Spiderman release, the NYC chapter's message came out loud and clear. I take it that the guy who knocked down the sign near the beginning of the video was an employee of NBC or its security? He pretended to be an audience member after knocking down the sign.

....I was able to watch the TV monitor in front of me and make adjustments as I pushed the sign up and down.

That was awesome! You adjusted the sign perfectly as the camera changed. Way to go!

PS. You're still way overdue for any FReeper Hall of Fame for your solo FReep of Hillary's booksigning in the rain last June!

Ummmm..Must restrain...That photo has haunted me for at least a year...

If I was 15 years younger, I'd institute a MAJOR search to determine the identity of that lovely young lady, and then to arrange a 'coincidental' meeting with her, just to see if there were any mutual sparks - she looks like every traditional conservative guy's 'dream babe'. (Translation - where was she when I needed her? - probably in grade school - but I digress)

P.S. The poster is AWESOME too. Classic re-work of some of our best WWII posters.

According to an LGF poster who claimed to know him, the idiot is a 23 year-old Cal-Berkeley broadcasting major whose parents are major figures in the Sonoma wine industry.
