This can't be right. Can it? What about all of those Freepers who were going to hold their nose and vote against Specter?

My sentiments exactly! Spectre owes Pres Bush big time and those judicial appointments he wants will sail through with Spectre IMHO!

Keep dreaming PhiKapMom.

Spector is paying Bush no favors. He'll be a lameduck Senator for the next 6 years, expect him to go out with a bang for the liberal cause he has supported his entire career.

If these figures are true, he will help Bush considerably. Looking at stronger showings for Bush In Pennsylvania and surrounding states i wonder if some Reagan Democrats might be coming back?

"What about all of those Freepers who were going to hold their nose and vote against Specter?"

We came damn close to ousting the bastard with Toomey.

"I guess, the worst rino besides McCain is better than a dem. "

Nah, it only encourages further RINO breeding. I'm going to try to abort this RINO. I'm sure Specter will understand what happens when you are unwanted.

I won't vote for the SOB. I won't vote for Hoeffel either but I sure as hell won't vote for Specter.

Bush is damn close to losing my vote for supporting the POS (not to mention CFR and a few other things).

I'll hold my nose and vote for W but never again can I do that with Specter.

In some socialist locations our only bet is to have RINO's. But their nonsense spreads. So either way we lose.

I'm most discouraged by the fact that President Bush leads only among those who haven't been to college. I have a master's degree from Penn State, and it doesn't say much for the reasoning ability of my fellow graduates when so many of them believe Kerry's lies.

One More Tribute (to President Reagan)

Good, then the old shyster needn't look for my vote. I won't have to feel guilty that the Dems took the seat, and I won't need another shower after casting my vote.

I would bet on it but I am not a betting person. We will see when the Bush nominees get to the Judiciary if spectre is even head of the Judiciary. No way is Frist going to put up with spectre playing with judicial nominations.

In some backwaters like Massachusetts RINO's probably are necessary evils. But Senator Rick Santorum shows that Pennsylvania is not one of those venues.

All I can say is, Specter better deliver votes for GW, and plenty of them at that.

If Specter brings GOP voters of a moderate bent to the polls, fine. They are likely to vote Bush. Frankly, if Bush wins PA, he'll be very very hard to beat.
