Yea, I remember those, but in general, Columbia has been lucky with not getting tornadoes like in Iowa, OK, KS or in IL. I was just generalizing here. :D

Hi, Jim and Sheila: I know where the FP/Hampton Ave HI is. What is your ETA. No way will I miss dinner with you guys. I see you have been hanging out with some friends of mine. I don't have a St. Louis area ping list. Anyone????

Guess you are right. We mostly get the small, quick, drop downs from the Missouri River. I remember watching a couple of them form, hit, then lift. We have been lucky. We might get many in number, but they haven't been as destructive as tornadoes in flat places. They don't seem to hug the ground for long.
To: bluesagewoman
Well, you know me, blue. I can get on the internet. I can stand on a street corner (for all the right reasons). But produce a ping list. I'm going to try and find someone in the area who does.

Did you get your RV from the lawsuit already? Don't know if you are serious, but there IS not new RV from the Lawsuit. It was just a joke actually because of anti freepers posts on other sites!

We got electric, too! Specially since this new little set of storms is passing through.
Seriously, the JR gang was able to travel behind yesterdays' storms (they move very fast) and it should be all clear after tonight for a few days. The good thing about these storms...it drops the temperature and humidity.
Now, I can't vouch for Texas weather! Like everything in Texas, I suspect the weather is "big" there.
