Well, I guess it is good that the fairies raise their own fresh meet instead of preying on the sons of normal people. What about the young man, you say? If a child lives all his life with two vegetarians, why is any one surprised by the fact that he is a vegetarian as an adult? Why would being raised by faggots have a different outcome?
Unless you have the judge on tape in a homosexual nightclub, on stage, announcing in public he/she will be giving special treatment to homosexuals, you will get nowhere.
HOWEVER, EXPOSING a judge in a homosexual club or showing they are homosexual as a means of coloring their credibility and impartiality is a very valid tactic.
If we made an example of some of these judges, the rest would be less likely to try and make law from the bench, instead of interpreting it the way they're supposed to.

This child has probably been subjected to observing numerous sick and perverted acts more than likely forced to engage in some himself.
The child doesnt need to be returned to a mother who is hardly a sane thinkling person , The child needs to be totally removed from this pack of sicko's.

That was my first thought as well.
Here is the interesting thing. The homosexuals would make you believe this is being treated differently. Actually the case is being treated as a single man and woman who had a child out of wedlock.
This "man's" sex partner must not have guardianship beyond a power of attorney granted by the father.
The fact tha this woman has visitation and this woman is petitioning for custody means the homosexual's sex partner has nothing for legal standing in the court.
I hope she wins. She is on the right track for geting the child examined. With proper expert testimony she should be able to not only show detrimental environment for this child but be able to have suopervised visitation. At the very least a time with zero visitation from the homosexual in order to reaclimate the child to normal social conduct outside of the homosexual lifestyle.
This is significantly different. The issue is what is in the best interests of the child. In this case the best interest of the child is being raise as a normal child. Not a sexual experiment by homosexuals. As the ruling in the 11th DCA held, there is a significant public policy in having children raised in normal environments.
Homosexual environments are 100% alernative lifestyles, 100% abnormal no matter how you try and gloss over with "well adjusted" psychobable.
Weren't we told by the liberal media that it's better to allow gays to adopt than for unwanted children to languish unloved in Oliver-Twist-like orphan asylums.
Oh wait, there are no orphan asylums.
There are a lot of gay Fagins, but just not enough unwanted orphans to go around.
