It's time we started disbarring judges who choose their own personal agenda over their judicial obligations.

Would following the defined procedure (at this point) prove effective? I agree with you wholeheartedly but am not sure we have the means to affect that change.

Unless you have the judge on tape in a homosexual nightclub, on stage, announcing in public he/she will be giving special treatment to homosexuals, you will get nowhere.

HOWEVER, EXPOSING a judge in a homosexual club or showing they are homosexual as a means of coloring their credibility and impartiality is a very valid tactic.

If we made an example of some of these judges, the rest would be less likely to try and make law from the bench, instead of interpreting it the way they're supposed to.
