This is significantly different. The issue is what is in the best interests of the child. In this case the best interest of the child is being raise as a normal child. Not a sexual experiment by homosexuals. As the ruling in the 11th DCA held, there is a significant public policy in having children raised in normal environments.

Homosexual environments are 100% alernative lifestyles, 100% abnormal no matter how you try and gloss over with "well adjusted" psychobable.

There are, and yes, the kids are removed or the perp is removed from the home.

My fear for the child is that this case will be handled in a politically correct manner further putting this little boy at risk.

Someone has abused the child and it must be investigated. Whether the guardians are homosexual or heterosexual and arguing in a tit-for-tat manner is absurd while this boy is in real pain emotionally and mentally. The child's excessive acting out is telling.

The mother, and the school's teachers, administrators, and psychologists have documented a behavior history with regards to this child which demonstrates that, a) it is progressive and, b) that it matches a profile known to be associated with abuse victims. IF that criteria were also met with regards to a child living in a heterosexual household, then yes, an investigation would be warranted.

Lastly let me add, that if you folks from DU want to come to our table and join us in a debate with the goal of reaching real solutions to problems facing us all, then you are welcome. If all you can, or want, to do is throw out insipid barbs meant to inflame then run away, then you are not welcome. Do you understand?
