This is significantly different. The issue is what is in the best interests of the child. In this case the best interest of the child is being raise as a normal child. Not a sexual experiment by homosexuals. As the ruling in the 11th DCA held, there is a significant public policy in having children raised in normal environments.

Homosexual environments are 100% alernative lifestyles, 100% abnormal no matter how you try and gloss over with "well adjusted" psychobable.

Actually, my point is that a sexually abused child, whether raised by straights or gays should e removed from the household immediately and the offending parents prosecuted.

Sexual abuse is evil no matter the gender or orientation of the offender.
