Actually, my point is that a sexually abused child, whether raised by straights or gays should e removed from the household immediately and the offending parents prosecuted.
Sexual abuse is evil no matter the gender or orientation of the offender.

Which makes this all the more digusting because I believe the judge is giving a pass ONLY because it is homosexuals and any reputable expert will find there is a problem which required the judge remove the child. Without the expert, the judge can do whatever she wants. With the expert, her hands will be tied.

I believe allowing gays to raise children is itself child abuse. It is a horrible thing to raise a chld with no sense of morality.
