So the leftists learn the lesson that the Islamofascists hate EVERYONE the hard way. At least a few of them did anyway.

I can't help but thinking that this guy volunteered to be a "martyr for the cause". From other posts about him, he seems to be the type of liberal who just might do this.

Nick Berg supported the war and was a Bush supporter according to the local fish wrapper. Unlike his father.

You can bet all members (and their relatives) of Answer, and the rest of these commie groups are being looked at by CIA & FBI.

Bingo. My thoughts exactly. I was searching around FR this morning to see if anyone had already postulated this before I posted it. Thanks.
To: Doctor Raoul
"Unconditional Support" is unconditional. Therefore, A.N.S.W.E.R. supports those who killed Nick Berg. And Michael Berg supports A.N.S.W.E.R.I wonder if anybody will dare to point out this to dear 'ol dad Michael...

The Iraqis, the American Military and the FBI wanted to know what he was doing there.Yeah, I've read more about it since yesterday. Sounds like he was just an idealistic young man who wanted to 'help' the people of Iraq. Of course he was looking for business, too, and that's not a bad thing. He was an innocent in this war, and the fact that he was so brutally murdered just shows how savage al-Queda and it's ilk really are, for anyone who didn't know already.

Ironically, International A.N.S.W.E.R helped drum up the phony "outrage" frenzy over the photos and gave the terrorists an excuse to murder his son.

maybe 5 to 10 percent maximum of worldwide Muslims support acts like this It is more important to understand that the other 90 to 95 percent do not condemn acts like this.

After reading and hearing the different stories, and seeing Nick Berg's wholely different appearance from home pictures to the video pictures. CIA was also my first thought. No matter why he was in Iraq, he and his family are in my prayers at this time.
Interesting name for his company, there is also a NASA project named Prometheus. In Greek mythology, Prometheus was the wisest of the Titans, and he gave the gift of fire to humanity. The name Prometheus means 'forethought.'

I wouldn't be surprised if the son was in Iraq using the communications gear company as cover to either sell communications equipment to anti American forces or in some ANSWER sponsored advisory role. It would explain his apparent unconcern with his own safety after being released from US custody - he probably thought he was returning to his "friends" that he had made contact with earlier in his stay. Unfortunately, being both an American and a Jew trumped any benefit that he could have provided to Al Qeada and they wasted him. I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that he thought that his "captivity" was just a little role playing with his terrorist buddies. He was probably the most surprised guy in the world when that arm and knife came around his neck.

Well he made it pretty clear in an interview he was against the Iraq war yet they've said Nick supported the Bush administration and the Iraq war and wanted to help out in some way and went on his own. I suppose they'll be more cases where this father speaks out strongly against it.
To: finnigan2
He was a supporter of the war.
What's with this blaming the victim crap? He suffered a horrible fate and he did not deserve it.
Yes, his dad was anti-war. The son was not. It's not so unusual.

Now here's my outrage. I was awakened by my clock radion with KSFO in San Francisco reporting that the father of this murdered young American man was a signer of the International A.N.S.W.E.R. proclamation, declaring the President, V.P. and Rummy as war criminals even before the Iraq invasion!!!
This, of course, reminded me of finding their "proclamation" posted in the locked, glass covered bulletin board in my very own US Post Office shortly after 9-11!!! I of course know our Postmaster and aggressively insisted he not only remove this blatant piece of political crap, but investigate which employee used their key to post this in the locked display board as a possibly treasonous act!!!
As I watched him grumblingly take it down, he was mumbling and grumbling under his breath something about "freedom of expression" being completely legitimate!!!
I am wondering if the parents had watched this heinous act, themselves. I wonder how the father feels as he still blames the US government for the death of his son, INSTEAD OF THE PERPS!!!

This is the most incredible, bizarre association. It does suggest one reason why Nick was in US protective custody for those days...

It was not Bush's fault. It was these terrorists fault. They chose to commit this horrible crime and they should pay immediately.
