Senator Warner: This is as serious an issue of misconduct as I have ever observed. Translation: It would have been OK, if only we didn't have the pictures. Come on, this whole thing is just because of the pictures, like the Rodney King thing. If it had just been reports of abuse without any of the pictures, this would have been no big deal.
