Well if Senator Levin is demanding that those all the way up the chain of command be held responsible, then why the heck doesn't he do the honorable thing and resign? This incident, the investigation, and the existance of photos were reported in the US media on 1/16/04. Why did Senator Levin not respond then? Shouldn't he apologize?
