Exactly - - I'm saying the abuse was wrong, the excusing it is wrong, the laughing at it is wrong. I say "nay" to anyone who tries to justify this crap. If there's any forces of "darkness" in this situation, it's the people who perpetrated S&M abuse and any Americans who think it's not wrong.

Rummy stole a talking point about the Geneva convention. They really wanted to nail him that the reason for the abuse was because of the policy against geneva convention. Poor babies were outmanuevered.

You mean like Clinton did? Oh, wait a minute. I seem to remember "I did not have sexual relations with that woman". He was looking at Madeline at the time so he didn't lie but he didn't tell the whole truth said Mr. DNA

If my TV screen lasts though the day it will be a miracle!
I was swearing at it when my son brought my grandaughter over. I had to stop, and believe me she is the only one who could have stopped me!!

Some guy on CNN saying that until Rumsfeld resigns America will always have this hatred facing them.
To: VRWC_minion
I hope there a fine bottle of bourbon awaiting Rummy when he gets home today.
To: TNdandelion
Yes. Too many atrocities to remember them.
The problem is the pictures. If more Americans saw pictures of 9/11 and other atrocities committed against the West, the outrage over this matter would pass more quickly.

the worst one I heard was the foolish William Arkin on MSNBC who led the otherwise sane Barry McAffrey to say these photos were the worst thing seen since Mai Lai (where people died)
To: cyncooper
They just played clip of Kennedy saying Rumsfeld should step down...zzzzzzzzzzzzz Joe blows that off and says until Graham or Chambliss or even McCain calls for it nevermind that business.Once again, the Rats and the media charge at the red flag, and get nothing to show for their troubles but another spear (sorry, I don't know bullfighting terminolgy well enough to properly name what the matador uses).

Likewise on FNC right now, that insufferably ignorant Elaine Kamarck... former advisor to Al Gore.... Totally barfable, terminally stooooopid woman.

Another guy on CNN saying that Rumsfeld has to go because HE put the troops in danger because he didn't get out in front of the story and tell the public before CBS did.

Levin saying that the Taguba report is evidence that the MPs were following orders from the Military Intelligence and Rumsfeld is unwilling to believe that. Evidence he says..plus reporter says Graham did say there is a video that shows rape and MURDER.
To: Howlin
"Some guy on CNN saying that until Rumsfeld resigns America will always have this hatred facing them."
...and what did he say about Mr. 'atrocity' Kerry? After all, Kerry admits to committing war crimes.
