On what grounds?
Kerry has lost his friggin' mind - the opposition candidate trying to take out the SecDef during wartime.

Kerry has some gall after the lies and distortions he's told.
He's darned luck those Vietnam vets don't sue him to kingdom come. And with Theresa's $$, they'd get millions.

I don't suspect anybody close to Kerry recognizes that millions of Americans everyday become more convinced that Kerry is an a$$hole without the possibility of redemption.

I hope Rummy comes back swinging at Effin Kerry.
Is Kerry questioning Rumsfeld's patriotism??? ;)
Rumsfeld served in the U.S. Navy (1954-57) as an aviator and flight instructor. In 1957, he transferred to the Ready Reserve and continued his Naval service in flying and administrative assignments as a drilling reservist until 1975. He transferred to the Standby Reserve when he became Secretary of Defense in 1975 and to the Retired Reserve with the rank of Captain in 1989.

Further laughter from all sane persons over this one. I keep expecting him to say something rational but this demonstrates he's simply too far removed from reality.

Who in their right mind would ever consider serving in Kerry's cabinet after this?
BTW, did anybody catch the lady BG on Fox last night? The word "incompetent" leaps to mind.

I'm surprised he didn't ask for President Bush and all other Republican officeholders to resign.

So how many times did he work the word "Vietnam" into the sentence?

Dumb, dumb dumb. This guy is going to lose.
Kerry is not going to win this on the war issues, the more he keeps the topic on Iraq the more he stays in a quagmire.
To: yoely
Rumsfeld's response should be "Being that Senator Kerry claims that he personally committed atrocities in Vietnam, it seems most appropriate that he be the one to resign."
