Persistent and Loyal Friends of Terri and of the U.S. Constitution,

I'm home from today's hearing which was held at the Criminal Courthouse Complex on 49th Street, Clearwater before Judge W. Douglas Baird.

Once I collect my thoughts from today's hearing which just adjourned about a half an hour ago, I'll post them here. Initially, I wasn't going to do any reporting re: the hearing but it was enlightening.

I learned today in the hallway that Terri's parents, siblings and other relatives are still unable to see her some three weeks later due to the criminal investigation of what may have been mosquito bites. But, that's a different legal matter.

An organ like her brain, I'm thinking.

One of the doctors who testified for Michael is associated with a teaching hospital in Ohio which has a brain bank.

A doctor from Florida (Greer?) also testified for Michael and is associated with a teaching hospital in Florida which has a brain bank.

Since some (experimental?) work had been done on Terri in California, and she had no real rehab after that, Terri would be the perfect control case.

I think its safe to say Michael will fight any attempt
of ANY medical professional from studying Terri's
remains if she should die while under his control.

And a human body is mostly water, I can't recall exactly...
but lets just say 90%. So after death by dehydration,
pretty much all the organs are ruined, and not suitable
for transplant.

So that also means if/when euthanasia becomes common and
'accepted' they will eventually find some other means
to bring about the 'useless eater's demise.

Keep an eye on China -execution of prisoners, and
Holland for whatever methods they are using.

Yesterday, April 26, 2004, Attorney Patricia Anderson filed a Petition for Writ of Quo Warranto in the guardianship court on behalf of Terri Schiavo's parents.

This action asks the courts for relief by directing Terri's husband/guardian, Michael Schiavo to 'demonstrate his authority to act on behalf of the Ward or in derogation of her rights retained under Florida law'.

Details re: Michael's comments or re: Johnnie Byrd's office? Details are on an earlier Terri thread and this was from a broadcast of highway2health.net wherein SOMEONE CLOSE TO THE MATTER stated the above. If you want access to their archives, there's a sign up fee but you can hear for yourself that this was reported but never investigated as a homicide. WHY WOULD THEY CALL IT A HOMICIDE UNLESS THEY WERE TOLD THERE WAS A DEAD PERSON?

The falling out with the family happened after approximately a year and a half. I believe the family stated that on Oprah. Michael was controlling EARLY ON.

Harvesting is big business. It's definitely an off shoot of the hemlock industry. They work hard to convince people to sign their lives away and then to DONATE THEIR ORGANS while they're at it. It's not evil to think such things. It's realistic to go there and also realistic to discuss LIFE INSURANCE. Remember Michael's live-in mom of his 2 kids IS IN THE INSURANCE BUSINESS OUT OF THEIR HOUSE. JERGER INSURANCE. Remember the movie Coma? The victim there was TOM SELLECK before he became famous. He was kidnapped because he was a fine specimen and they harvested his organs. That french actress was in it too but I can't remember her name. Maybe Michael Douglas was in it as well.

What ALSO REALLY BUGS ME about the Larry King interview was THAT HIMO heard a "thud" and HE KNEW the thud was Terri. HAD TERRI BEEN A THUD PREVIOUSLY in the hall so he recognized that it had to be Terri AGAIN?

Do we have that from the LKL transcript? I don't know about you but I NEVER ASSUME that a noise is A FAMILY MEMBER. I investigate before JUMPING TO SUCH A SPECIFIC CONCLUSION. He INSTANTLY knew the THUD was Terri. He knew it was Terri because he participated imo.

Byrd's assistant was going to have Johnnie Byrd read JIM KING'S remarks which appeared in Sunday's sptimes.com under STATE. Byrd's assistant happened to have the paper but he hadn't seen that section yet. They aren't amused with KING up in Tallahassee. I wish they would force him out early in a bloodless coup or something.

We need a petition set up for people to sig with their vital stats which will sumbit directly to the GOV and Byrd. The legislature can recall him, if I remember rightly. Somebody want to set a petition up online?

I'm probably confused again, BUT...

The information I have on Jim King indicates that the only thing he is "leaving" at the end of this year is his position as Senate President (because that position is only held for 2 years, then rotated). He was last elected to the FL Senate in 2002, and won't be required to run for reelection until 2006.

As I said, I'm probably confused, but when you refer to his as "leaving" are you just referring to the position of Senate President?

Yes, leaving as Senate President. Jim King is a torn man and he's made some off the wall, another planet type comments lately. I do feel for the Floridians in his district.
