Byrd's assistant was going to have Johnnie Byrd read JIM KING'S remarks which appeared in Sunday's sptimes.com under STATE. Byrd's assistant happened to have the paper but he hadn't seen that section yet. They aren't amused with KING up in Tallahassee. I wish they would force him out early in a bloodless coup or something.

We need a petition set up for people to sig with their vital stats which will sumbit directly to the GOV and Byrd. The legislature can recall him, if I remember rightly. Somebody want to set a petition up online?
