MAHDI IBRAHIM MOHAMED, the Sudan Ambassador to the United States during the 1990's, confirmed to me in person what MONSOOR IJAZ had told America about these 3 OSAMA Offers being refused by the CLINTON White House. MADHI worked with MONSOOR in these Offers Negotiations on behalf of the President of the Sudan.

DICK MORRIS, the CLINTON White House Political Advisor during the 1990's, confirmed to me twice on the air on 2 seperate Judicial Watch Report Talk Radio Shows that BILL CLINTON personally refused at least 2 OSAMA Offers during the 1990's.


I have been calling for MONSOOR IJAZ to be brought before a 9/11 Investigating Body to testify Under Oath about all this ever since the Week of September 11, 2001, a week that began with the Death of my own father and my fellow Veteran of the 1965 Battle of the IA DRANG Valley RICK RESCORLA.
