MADHI worked with MONSOOR in these Offers Negotiations on behalf of the President of the Sudan.

DICK MORRIS, the CLINTON White House Political Advisor during the 1990's, confirmed to me twice on the air on 2 seperate Judicial Watch Report Talk Radio Shows that BILL CLINTON personally refused at least 2 OSAMA Offers during the 1990's.
