This was apparently Kerry's phrase. While our troops are fighting and dying over there,he's running around trying to make political capital out of it and undermine their efforts, their morale and the morale of Americans in general.
Kerry needs treason charges.

Letter to the Editor I just sent both to MSNBC and Boston Globe To the Editors, Perhaps if we had any "journalists" left in the USA, they might ask Senator Kennedy to justify his disgracefully partisan attack against President Bush in light of these comments he made in Sept 2002. "The life and death issue of war and peace is too important to be left to politics. And I disagree with those who suggest that this fateful issue cannot or should not be contested vigorously, publicly, and all across America. When it is the people's sons and daughters who will risk and even lose their lives, then the people should hear and be heard, speak and be listened to. But there is a difference between honest public dialog and partisan appeals. There is a difference between questioning policy and questioning motives. There are Republicans and Democrats who support the immediate use of force and Republicans and Democrats who have raised doubts and dissented." Yes, there is. For Senator Kennedy to engage in such nakedly partisan hyperbole and to politicize the Iraq War, as he did April 5th at the Bookings Institute, at the very moment US troops are engaged in battle demonstrates quite clearly that Senator Kennedy is a disgrace to his office, his state and himself.
