Nicosi on Fox & Friends

Nicosi, on Fox & Friends, says that he was cooperating with the Kerry campaign and that the GOP had the most to gain by the theft of the bookmarked files from his coffee table. The police said the burglary was "smooth."
Nicosi says there was lot of "juicy" stuff in them, but hadn't finished going through them all, which is why they were on the table.

Nicosi, on Fox & Friends, says that he was cooperating with the Kerry campaign and that the GOP had the most to gain by the theft of the bookmarked files from his coffee tableThat statement doesn't make sense. The GOP would WANT him to publish his findings. This sounds like another kerry/RAT coverup. It begs the question: "Who will benefit more from these files disappearing?" The answer is KERRY.

Kerry should ask Hillary to give them back; she finished copying them now!

Seems to me that this fellow is doing more damage to Kerry by publicizing this information all over the tube as he did on CNN last night.
After all, who had heard of him before hand?
Perhaps he staged this himself for publicity. The files are obviously duplicates from the FBI that he can request again.

Maybe Hillary wanted to read the 'bookmarked' editions. She's been known to 'acquire' files of various sorts. Maybe the LEO's should check her dining room table.

Maybe the whole thing was a setup theft to begin with. Especially, now that fingers are being pointed to Republicans.
I had to laugh when JFKerry spoke of "character assassination" of Clarke over the weekend. Hearing JFKerry say that word was amusing.

I had to laugh when JFKerry spoke of "character assassination" of Clarke over the weekend. Hearing JFKerry say that word was amusing. If Effing Kerry wants an example of REAL character assassination, he should browse the articles the major papers ran during the Clinton impeachment hearings. The press never missed an opportunity to tell us about Ken Starr's habit of singing hymns during his morning jog.

What I cannot understand in the mess is...under the FOI Act do they give you the originals or just copies. I can't, for the life in me, believe that the only pieces of paper, that exist, are handed over to someone, possibly never to be seen again. Am I missing something here?

Could not believe I heard him say that. Surely he can see the skewed logic on this. . .wanted to tell him; right there! Maybe just better to e-mail Fox instead.
No doubt, the Dems perpetrators are laughing at this one. . .
Did I miss the obvious question as to the duplication of these files?
Is it a time factor or what is the real problem; surely, he did not have originals.
The Repubs can get this on their own of course; it is the Kerry people who do not want it out there, for sure.
I don['t know; is there a 'Forrest Gump' factor here, or what.

Seems to me that the originals are still held by the FBI and copies would be available. So the Dims need to make the files "disappear" until after November and the best way to hide their guilt is to point at the Republicans (after all, they are the most lying, cheating...). Looks like another
Kerrygate to me.

Butttttt "Ken Starr" was an enemy of the "state" the "gods" of liberals. Don't you understand this party of self worship are "gods", it is their religion. There is no "God" before them.

Nicosia said that the Republicans stood to gain more from this info than the dems. Since only certain files were taken, it is safe to say that the person or persons that did this knew exactly which files they wanted to take. If the Republicans knew which files contained the information they wanted to make public, why would they steal his copies? Wouldn't it make more sense to get their own copies under the Freedom of Information act, as Nicosia did? After all, the more copies of this info out there, the better.
On the other hand, if you didn't want this info to be made public, wouldn't you want to remove as many copies as possible from circulation? I wonder who wouldn't ant this information to be made public? Anyone want to guess?
To: tndarlin
No. Fox mentioned it last week and so did CNN. Those were two that I personally heard. There may have been more.
