He was fitting as Gimli, then. Not much for B.S. that fellow. I knew there was a reason I really liked him. He's over 6ft tall, too. Great effects to make him seem a dwarf!

This guy is good stuff. Refreshing to hear honesty and intelligence coming from an actor.

"In a matter of 20-50 years, we are going to see two to three countries become predominately Muslim Holland, France, and possibly Germany."Not true.
Once Muslims become a majority, the minority won't have a choice.
It will be 'Islam or the Sword'
Just like when the Christians became a majority over the Pagans.

Rhys-Davies used to be a radical leftist, as a university student in the '60s. He first started to come around when he went to the local hall to hear a young local member of parliament by the name of Margaret Thatcher. "I went to heckle her," Rhys-Davies says. "She shot down the first two hecklers in such brilliant fashion that I decided I ought for once to shut up and listen."Sweet. Thatcher rocks!

Is he the same guy that was on Sliders as the portly professor? That show had some pretty decent hidden political comment in it from time to time.

You're so right. I have noticed that there's been a lot of cutting off of hands for theft, stoning or hanging for adultery, mass burials, tearing people to shreds (like the young man with the Israeli soldiers about six months ago) and crashing into buildings killing thousands done by Christians recently. Yep, I can see the equivalence.

The only reason Christians haven't done this kind of thing lately is that they haven't had to.

Is he the same guy that was on Sliders as the portly professor? That show had some pretty decent hidden political comment in it from time to time. The best episode was called, "A Current Affair". It featured a President named, Jefferson Williams. (hint: William Jefferson Clinton) The highlight of the episode was when President Williams held a press conference and declared while pounding on the lecturn, "I did not have homicidal relations with that woman, Maggie Beckett..."
The whole episode was a parallel to what was happening with the Clinton Administration at the time, namely Monica Lewinsky.
Hillarious stuff.
