I am moving to Summerlin Nevada in 2 weeks.....if the house is done, that is. You must come and visit. My new house is 2880 sq.ft. but you have to draw blood to get in:)I ain't no gazzillionaire, but do to the insanity of Californicate RE prices, I can live well. Summerlin is on the hillside overlookin Vegas(12 miles below) the view at night is incredible!

It gets *real* old *real* fast come July & August when the temps go through the roof & the sweat just pours.

It used to take me 90 minutes, but now I see it taking half that including edging & trimming.
