We’re going to need a thread II as this one is starting to slow the site down. Also, on the new thread, please stop posting the name and pictures of the person you think the woman may be. The evidence doesn’t support the claim and we don’t need to be doing that. Wait for it to come out. It will. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1076893/posts

Update 2:
CAMPAIGN DRAMA ROCKS DEMOCRATS: KERRY FIGHTS OFF MEDIA PROBE OF RECENT ALLEGED INFIDELITY, RIVALS PREDICT RUIN
**World Exclusive**
**Must Credit the DRUDGE REPORT**
A frantic behind-the-scenes drama is unfolding around Sen. John Kerry and his quest to lockup the Democratic nomination for president, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
Intrigue surrounds a woman who recently fled the country, reportedly at the prodding of Kerry, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
A serious investigation of the woman and the nature of her relationship with Sen. John Kerry has been underway at TIME magazine, ABC NEWS, the WASHINGTON POST and the ASSOCIATED PRESS, where the woman in question once worked.
MORE
A close friend of the woman first approached a reporter late last year claiming fantastic stories -- stories that now threaten to turn the race for the presidency on its head!
In an off-the-record conversation with a dozen reporters earlier this week, General Wesley Clark plainly stated: "Kerry will implode over an intern issue." [Three reporters in attendance confirm Clark made the startling comments.]
The Kerry commotion is why Howard Dean has turned increasingly aggressive against Kerry in recent days, and is the key reason why Dean reversed his decision not to drop out of the race after Wisconsin, top campaign sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT.
Update 3 FROM CONRESSIONAL QUARTERLY'S CRAIG CRAWFORD: 'Drudge item on Kerry intern issue is something Chris Lehane (clark press secy) has shopped around for a long time -- it was one reason the Gore vetters in 2000 shied away from Kerry as a running mate choice -- their conclusion that it wasn't bad enough to disqualify him, except for the fact that they couldn't risk it as they were trying so hard to distance themselves from Clinton's personal failings (note: Lehane worked for Gore at the time -- and briefly advised Kerry during this campaign). The Kerry camp has long expected to deal with this, and have assured party leaders they can handle it'...

If this has any traction, don't count old Wes out. He could restart his campaign. This is delicious!

"She's [government-record-tampering Dem warrior]
been a very involved precinct chair for the longest time, and once she gets behind her candidate, she's a hard worker," county Democratic Party Chairman Rick Melendrez said. "She's a pillar of the Democratic Party..." I'm sure she is.

Infidelity is in the playbook!
Heinz though is a live wire. I don't see her dolled up on 60 minutes to dig her John out of a hole. (Leastways not the living one...)

Kerry had an affair with an Associated Press intern???
To: mabelkitty
"If he has been cheating, and say Theresa did find out, she'd file for divorce." Hmmmm, if they get a quickie divorce, he gets a boatload of money ( alimony, etc. ) . The money is now his, not hers, and he is free to use it in the campaign. In this case, divorce could actually help him out financially. Don't think this is it - what the heck do the Dems care about morality & faithfullness?

**Mark Davis, on WBAP-820, just said that he got a call from a Senate staffer that said something would be announced today that "will change the shape of the Presidential race." It concerns Kerry**
Then, let us know too!

Have we forgotten about Bubba, and the fact that what a man does with his private life doesn't matter? He was already President. It makes a difference. It really does.
It doesn't matter so much as far as real terms. But Kerry is going to take a hit in the race from this. Edwards will take a bonus. Kerry is running on hot air, not merit. It would only take one needle to puncture his balloon.
