A photograph of Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts together with Jane Fonda at an anti-Vietnam war rally in 1970 in Pennsylvania has surfaced on the Internet, angering veterans who say his association with her 34 years ago is a slap in the faces of Vietnam War veterans.

Here's the rub though - can we say W's attendance or non-attendance at NG matters not a whit - "that was 30 years ago! who cares?" - and make this an issue? Not so long ago Clinton's behavior during the Viet Nam war was newsworthy, now we want to say Kerry's was as well; yet I keep hearing nobody should care about GWB's cause it was so long ago. It's the goose and gander thing, y'know? I think we need to be careful.

Most were shocked that Kerry was an anti-war demonstrator. Obviously, I have to give more of a description of his anti war activities on the second round of e-mails.

Hanoi Jane is, without a doubt, the most hated person a Viet Nam vet could have.

Good, I suspect they were closer than this. Kerry is a starf*cker, he managed to get a picture with him and John Lennon at a protest. It's somewhere on microfiche. Every freeper should commit themselves to finding the pictures that we know exist. I want a side by side, the two traitors.

If those protests gave the Vietnamese encouragement and led them to hold out until 1975 rather than give up earlier, then Kerry is partially responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands - besides the wounded guy our "brave hero" finished off.

    The photograph, taken at a Labor Day rally at Valley Forge, has been circulating across the Internet, particularly among veterans. It was posted Monday on the NewsMax.com Web site.

Newsmax got the photo from Free Republic. I believe it was Hillarys Lovely Legs who found it at Corbis and posted it. Too bad someone else gets the credit.
