It is a silver star pastie. It's not a piercing.

(often wrong, but never in doubt)

I disagree. The angle of the star relative to the breast indicates something that is hanging, not stuck on. Furthermore, you can see the darker area of her nipple just above the star. If it was a pastie, it would cover her entire nipple.
To: Vets_Husband_and_Wife
True. And it coincided with the last line of the lyrics, "I'll have you naked by the end of this song." I hope they throw the book at them. I'm enraged by it.
To: Phsstpok
Heh, no, but on HDTV it was crystal clear.

We are both really ticked off. I know several of our grandchildren are sports enthusiasts and are at parties watching this game. Their parents gaurd what they watch on tv. There was NO chance they could change the channel.
This is an outrage.
Are we alone in feeling this way?
As to Kid Rock, his flag incident was done out of ignorance. He is a HUGE supporter of the troops. I can forgive that. At least he tried to support them! So I'll let him know through his agent. God love him for supporting our troops the way he does.

It did not cover the entire area as it should have, but it is a pastie.

>>nor did she act surprized
Well, no, I guess not. She was wearing a pasty. And most women I know rarely wear clothing with tear-away breast cups.

Leave it to a Jackson to do something so disgusting and offensive to children.
To: FreedomPoster
Right! Not a surpize thing at all. And they knew there were going to be little kids watching this, and in the crowd. NICE huh?

He is an asshole and she is a common slut....EOM

Just look at the way it is hanging. It extends beyond the line of the breast. I've personally seen some ridiculous nipple "rings" like this for sale, so I'm pretty sure that is what it is.
I guess there is only one person who can really answer that question, though!

A lot of churches gather around the superbowl. I am sure they will be getting a lot of email about this. As for me, I turned it off at that point - and told CBS about it too.

We are enraged too. It is indecent exposure.
CBS ought to be fined BIG TIME too. They are responsible for the stuff they show. Same goes for the NFL!
I'm ticked off as a grandparent. There was NO TIME to change the channel. NONE!!!
I'd like an attorney NOW!! Anyone for a class action suit?
To: phalynx
The star is dangling....if it was a pastie it would be 'stuck on' not dangling.....but who cares what it is...the outrage is that these two degenerates did this on live TV to millions including our children & gandchildren!
Everyone needs to express their disgust to AOL, CBS, NFL.
My husband is on the phone to AOL now!
