I thought she looked kinda pissed. It might have taken a moment for her to realize what had happened. As to the COSTUME she was wearing - that's not normal clothing. That's something some crazy designer came up with. It order for it to fit like it did, it may have required velcro on cups. I dunno - but it is possible.

If that is the case, Justin may have known that and may have acted of his own volition. Dunno that, either. Maybe we'll find out.
