GOPJ, I guess I missed where she was doing the strip tease.
A guy ripped her top, whether by accident of not, and her boob popped out.
As for anyone forcing Conservatives to do anything, as I see it, along with Matt Drudge and the aid of Photoshop's Zoom Feature, the "Conservatives" you mention have been going out of their way to view this...

Not only was it done on purpose, it had to have been rehearsed until the perverts got it right (actually very wrong). MTV is a satanic source of depravity, but that's just my opinion.
To: Lord_Baltar
In your opinion it wasn't an accident. Plain and simple.
You weren't in the dressing room prior to the incident, nor were you onstage when it happened.
Obviously you didn't review the posts I mentioned.
Fact is, the evidence is utterly overwhelming that it was no accident, but a completely intentional act.
Since you're impervious to any kind of reason, I won't be wasting any more of my time with you. I've wasted enough of my time on you already as it is.

>>...how could this have been done without CBS's knowledge? I don't think JJ and Timberlake would do it on their own.
I agree. It would be interesting to see the legal documents hammering all this out beforehand, because you know with all the lawyering, very little was left to chance.

Well, you're absolutely right. It's been two years since I've let Bluebelle watch the Super Bowl. And that Dean concession speech in Iowa got her so shook up that politics are out now, too.
Not many Lassie reruns anymore, I'm afraid.

Anyone else see the striking contrast between the demeanor of the players on both teams and the half-time participants.
Selfless, talented team players on both teams vs. the hedonistic self promoters with questionable talent during halftime!

You know I hate to hit this one too hard but if they are watching football at Church instead of Christ centered activities then perhaps you need to change Churches. In my honest opinion worldly pleasures like a football game have no business in a Church. I guess one could view this website as a wordly pleasure as well. I think we all remove the stones from our hands...

I concur. I thought the ads would provide some entertainment but they, too, turned out to be offensive, not being a fan of juvenile humor.

It may appear to be in bad taste, but I think his motives were to show support. I bet anything MTV told him no flags , and he said.. oh yeah how about this? I'd rather there be no flag than see it desecrated by some court jester.

This reminds me of L'il Kim at the Oscars in recent years. She came out wearing a pastie on one boob and when Diana Ross saw it, Diana put her hand under the boob and gave it a little jiggle. Anyone remember this? What was the fallout?

Part of the reason people continue to argue with you is that you are taking the same stance that CBS, the NFL and MTV are, in that it was merely an accident. This contradicts what people saw. For the three companies that produced the display to lie about it is to play the people for fools. They are trying to downplay their attempt at shock value not by apologizing and taking responsibility, but by deeming the viewers idiots who will believe anything told them.
People tuned in to watch a football game. Some left the station on during halftime. A reasonable expectation exists that certain behaviors won't happen during the halftime of a football game.
An accidental flash from some poor woman is one thing, a man ripping off a womans top on purpose is a behavior that some of us don't want to encourage. Then to be told that we did not see what we personally witnissed is an insult.

Do you honestly think Devito and Douglas kiss when they greet in private? NO. It wasn't intended to titillate. But it was staged. They are after all- *actors.*
It was staged, for whatever reasons, (most likely to poke fun at conservatives for being upset with the Brittany Spears/ Madinna french kissing stunt, and like the STAGED STUNT with Janet Jackson,( btw, it isn't assault when it's staged, my friend) it drags our society down, by poking fun at those of us that don't like our kids to see this crap.
As I said, we all have our thresholds of tolerance, and yours is differant then mine. That's OK, you'll get plenty of opportunity for outrage too. This *staged* shock therapy is only going to get worse.
Be prepared to being told you have a "dirty mind", when you express your disapproval. It's the liberal/socialist defense.

You are right. This guy is as dead as Howard Dean, Al Sharpton, Wesley Clark, Joe Lieberman, Dennis Kucinich, etc.! You are just wasting your time! The poor soul is toast and like Al Gore, he does not know it. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer! Lord help our country, if these people ever get control of our destiny!
