Yeah, I posted the same recollection earlier today on this thread. I couldn't remember if it was a plumber or an electrician but there were charges of some sort run up the steel girders that played a part in the destruction.
To: BulletBobCo
On that nuke link, it says:
"...The United States government cannot afford to insult the vast majorities by insinuating that they do not have the intelligence of a cabbage..."
Yeesh, I don't know about the government, but the writer of this comment just insulted us! The writer is saying that we all have the intelligence of cabbage and that it is a good thing and the gov is bad for inferring that we don't have the cabbage's level of smartness! He or she meant to write "...by insinuating that they have the intelligence of cabbage..."
P.S. I apologize in advance to all cabbage lovers; I mean no disrespect to any cabbage. And I am not simply being politically correct; I sincerely respect all cabbages.

Was she part of the sprinkler system reference? Or a separate incident?

Can you calibrate radiation detectors?
To: Donna Lee Nardo
Yes, they need to be calibrated. There was someone on this thread that posted where they can be sent. If they don't post that info back to you...I will find it.

The embedded photo links are dead, but there are links to earlier threads in the comments.
Also, her name was Kathrine, not Kathleen...

al-Qa`ida reportedly acquires a Russian-made suitcase nuclear weapon from Central Asian sources. The device is reported to weigh 8 kg and to possess at least 2 kg of fissionable uranium and plutonium. The report said the device, with a serial number of 9999 and a manufacturing date of October 1998, could be set off by a mobile phone signal.

That paragraph is from my post #3588 with the link for many things they were planning on purchasing. I found this in my search for Midhat Murse aka Abu Khabab the bomb maker.

BA, which operates three flights a day from Heathrow to Washington, said the passengers whose journeys were hit by the cancellations would be offered other flights or fare refunds. Terrorists need not apply??
Will someone explain to me why terrorists will only go on a specific flight number?
I do not understand why terrorists don't have backup plans or why they don't use snail mail to talk about their flight numbers. Why do we think we can stop a plot by stopping one particular flight? Great if we can, but I simply don't understand how this works on either side.
To: Donna Lee Nardo
A trigger, called a pit, is used to set of a hydrogen bomb. The pit itself weighs about 12 pounds and about the size of a grapefuit. It is seald and shielded with about a 3/8 inch of lead, they last 40-60 years and are actualy a small atomic bomb themselves.
