There was a story that showed up here on FR. About a business (I think it was located in TX) that had a independent contract job at the WTC. I *think* it was some electrical job. Can't remember. BEFORE 9/11. Like a few days or weeks (not much...within a week) of 9/11.
They were investigated for terror related connections. I can't find the story. I saw it here at FR.
