I don't know why. I think they've been brainwashed into believing the dems will solve all of their problems. Why else would the county I live in vote to reelect a dem gov after a major plant moves out? It still boggles my mind.

Does this mean that MoveOn is going to have to change its name to KerryOn?

I agree with you about Gephardt -- it's good that he's done. I don't know, there's always a place for boring white bread in any campaign.
To: cynwoody
Isn't that guy on the right the former USSR puppet in Venesuala ? Something about the killing fields or something ?

The fight in NH is going to be between Kerry and Clark......in other words.....Kennedy and Clinton.

I'll be glad when Gephardt disappears, because nobody here could accurately spell his name more than 10% of the time.
CNN is reporting he's headed back to MO tonight rather than NH persumably to set the motion the drop out announcement..... Who knows but he's toast..... No MO can get the representation he has been paid to do but hasn't for the past year..... He's spent much of it in Iowa.....
To: Jorge
The biggest loser tonight is Clark.
The big momentum from Kerry is going to wipe Clark out!
Clark can no longer run as the only dems with military experience, I bet Kerry will wipe Clark out in due time.
I'd love to have the Deaniacs going crazy and bolt to run as a third party. But I am not counting on it.
It looks like a Bush/Kerry match in 04.
Kerry could be a toughie on the resume' alone, Kerry's big disadvantage is he never smiles and likes to talk down to people.
The issue is who will be Kerry's veep?
A midwestern govn - IA's govn??
A hispanic - Richardson from NM?
A "Republican" - McCain??
A senator from the South (Edwards?), from the central (Hart?)
very interesting race ahead..
too bad mad-dog Howie implode so fast.

FYI: This does NOT count as a French military victory...

Larry said Bob Dole supports Clark, and Bob had to correct him and say he supported him in Kosovo
Speaking of Wes, does anyone want to predict how he will affect things in NH?

Just found that the Dummies are monitoring this thread and claiming we are behind the voter fraud and disruption!!Well, we are.
I am the central coordinator of the voter fraud and disruption that Democrat Underground is speaking of.
It's me.

Hey, Jason.
Interesting results, huh? Dean my be finished if he can't gain support VERY QUICKLY, and Edwards will be more of a player than anyone thought.

"Didn't Kerry throw his medals back at the White House?"
Actually, (seriously) they turned out to be someone elses medals, not his. They were either "costume" medals or bought at a pawn shop.
To: kcar
Edwards could'nt bring in his own state, and had stated positively and for the record he is not interested in the 2nd spot (although he is an attorney and his lips were moving). Yea .. but everything I've read on Edwards .. It ALWAYS say that Edwards is from Robbin, SC
Very rarely do the mention that he is the Senator FROM NORTH CAROLINA
