None of tonight's results mean anything. All one can see is the Democrats are trying to decide which loser will do them the least damage in November.

No, I do not.

But he was sure emotional, wasn't he? Wonder what took him so long to do this?

Does that smell to you?

You were correct earlier, I misspoke about Dean not in it anymore. But the trend in Iowa might show that the mainstream democrats don't want his extreme leftist views. Do you know off hand when the next primary is?

The fatal political flaw of guys like you, Kevin, is that you are pathologically incapable of building anything. You only know how to tear things down. Why don't you build an alternative political entity that embodies your strict anti-abortion platform? One that can win political office? You can't. Therefore, you've operated as a vandal, an arsonist within the GOP. I've seen how folks like you conduct your political affairs in my caucus experience. Arms folded, sneers on your faces, "our way or we blow it up for everybody." Get out, you're not wanted with that approach. Same with any other one issue extremist faction. Sabotage is no longer accepted. The GOP is in this to win office, and corresponding political power, these days.

McCain got 4% in the 2000 Iowa caucuses, then went on to romp in New Hampshire, then was beaten in South Carolina. The "he's finished" instant punditry is often wrong.

Unbelievable is a good choice of words. I have a feeling this story is going to be picked apart at some point this year.

And the fact that he just happened to be in a Los Angeles Book Store. He just happened to see a book about John Kerry. And he just happened to open to the chapter about him?

"...this self-serving charlatan" as a label for Edwards works for me. Of course, we'll have to explain to dim women that that is NOT the town he's from.

He's worked that "son of a mill worker" phrase too damn much to suit me. After a while, it gets boooooooooooooooring.LOL

Don't forget about the Deaniacs who may bolt the Democrat Party and vote Green or won't vote at all.

I heard them talking on PMSNBC about how people who didn't support the war (75%) voted more for Kerry than Dean, and what that means, but none of them seem to get it-

Most of these people are only against the war because it's an (R) who is running it. As long as Kerry distances himself from it, they won't care.
