We'll see. I know Iowa is only 1 "race" and hasn't always been an indicator. The dems finally woke up about 4-6 weeks ago regarding Dean. It's kind of like when you were drunk, went out partying, took the ugly girl home, and woke up beside her the next morning. You go -- oops, it must have been fun last night, but I sure don't want to marry the girl!dsf

Tell it to Bill Clinton.

Has Dean collapsed because:
Young people don't vote much?
His wife didn't campaign?
His wife did campaign (today)?
The endorsement by Gore?
The endorsement by Mosley Braun?
Perceived arrogance of his Carter-pandering-detour?
His anti-war stance? (Should Lieberman have played?)
It's cold today.

The grassroots died tonight.... The campaigns of Gephardt (Unions), Kucinich (activists) and Dean were stomped today by the monied interests of the party...." Actually they're right. Perhaps for the first time in their sad, misguided lives...
My advice to them?
Have Mad How run as third party independent this fall. Please.

Don't forget about the Deaniacs who may bolt the Democrat Party and vote Green or won't vote at all.

I guess that the big Michael Bolton endorsement didn't work out the way Gephart had wished.

I just watched Carl Cameron of FoxNews interview this guy and just when he got to the critical question - IMHO (Did you call the campaign or did the Kerry campaign call you?) - and Carl broke for commercial. Does anyone know the answer to this question?

TS

But in the polls, he doesn't carry his own state against Bush. At least not now.

Jeanine Garafolo is wearing Black.... And....Gore, Harkin, Rob Reiner, Martin Sheen...sheesh, who else?
Of those, the Clintons will probably let Reiner and Sheen back in the "establishment".
LOL!

The other thing is that Edwards has been running as the "nice" guy (which as a trial lawyer he's had a lot of practice at), while Kerry, Gephardt and Dean were ripping each other to shreds. That may have helped him. Did you know that Edwards use to defend Big Corporate when he first started practicing law?
I wonder how the Dems feel about that?

Yeah.......I think it strikes a lot of us that way. The timing of releasing the story and the supposed 4+ decades for them to meet again??????? Sumpin' ain't right here.
