Gee, that’s too bad…[Look around a bit here] I really enjoyed sleeping with you…I mean, you know, your body’s awesome…[full smile now]…I’ll be sad to see that [insert her most attractive body part here] go.

I'd stop there, shrug, shake my head sadly, then get up and go get a beer. Come back and not say another word till she leaves.

But over all, this was a masterpiece.

My prescription: write out a list of all the things that were imperfect about her, and be happy she's gone. If you can't find anything to put on the list: grovel.

As I heard in some movie one time: "Sticks and stones can break your bones, but words do permanent damage."

Cute article, and can apply to women in some ways as well.

My funniest breakup was when the man I had been seeing for almost a year had his EMPLOYEE (who is also a mutual friend) call me to tell me he didn't want to see me anymore. This came out of the blue, he had just showered me with Valentine's Day presents a couple of days before, then went out of town for the weekend.

I found out later he went back to his ex. Now he's her problem!!!!

How much did this cost you?

That's not a problem. The problem is that none of them have broken up with me, how I have 9 women to juggle.

Great advice. The only addition I'd make is the observation that if your dog dies, get a puppy, if your woman leaves find another. Life is too short to mourn the loss of someone who volunteered out.

This is the dating scene today?

Sounds like a great time if you're a sadomasochist.

Marriage must be twice as fun.

“I just don’t think this is working” or “I want something different than you”

Oh really? Wow! I'm glad you brought that up so I didn't have to. You see, I've been seeing someone else who's a bit more to my liking. She's intelligent, funny, and a whole lot more attractive than you are. She's even a millionaire. I'm sure glad that there won't be any hard feelings. Well, I better be going now that I know all is well. I'm running a bit late. Good luck!
