There are always veggies to pick and lawns to be mowed when we send back all the illegals to Mexico. Maybe he could get that job then.

"GW has the election pretty much locked-up, but he can't resist the urge to buy the taco vote at any price."
It should be clear to you then, this isn't about the need for votes - he really believes in this. GW is a die hard globalist - he only wraps himself in the flag occasionally to appease his fans and give his PR people something to assuage the firestorm of controversy that should by all rights erupt as he is systematically deconstructs American sovreignty.
To: BushisTheMan; Indie
I believe I read where Indie had renounced his previous words. There is a lot of hysteria going around among people who should otherwise not be so easily led by provocateurs and rumor-mongers and blood-feuds and hidden agendas. The more the hysteria continues, the less likely it will be that borderline conservatives can smugly claim that liberals are ruled by emotions.
To: BushisTheMan
bye bye Yep, I already said that.

I don't accept your assessment. President Bush believes in open and free trade, but globalists are in the Democratic Party camp who think the nation can defend itself only with the permission of the U.N.
To: Thisiswhoweare
Here I disagree with you. I think President Bush is being lead by his nose. I have no dobt that he loves America and that in his heart he is a patriot. I think he has been given some bad advice and that he doesn't hear the outcry from the people. I really believe he is being mislead.
I still think he is acountable though.

You are correct and I also added a second doubled contribution from the first. Some people don't read well it seems. I guess we all make mistakes culturaljihad.
Thanks :))

Not only the points you raised but if it's impossible to round up and deport 8 million illegals now, how will it be easier in three years?
This is nonsense - over and above rewarding law breakers and not putting a system in place to allow for assimilation - expecting us to buy into this process is insulting.

Although I've known for sometime that Bush would be Hispandering this election cycle I was shocked by the naked transparency of his efforts today until..
About twenty minutes ago I heard George Will, on the radio, present the following startling observation:
Because of the rapidly changing electoral demographics in just the last four years, if Bush maintains the same rates of success across all demographic groups this fall that he did in 2000 he will loose by 2 million popular votes and be wiped out in the electoral college.
Apparently Bush must make heavy inroads into the Hispanic demographic or he can't be elected.
To: ArneFufkin
you see the same malcontented and fradulent Brigaders, Keyesters and Lefty Agent Provocateurs withdraw their 2004 votes from Dubya for the FIFTH or SIXTH time, each new extortion tends to carry less dramatic import. That's the understatement of the new year! Several months ago during the Recall, I found my list from 2000 of people saying they were never going to vote for George W. Bush -- going to vote 3rd party or stay home. Wonders of wonder -- some of the names I see here today saying they won't vote for Bush again are the same screen names from 2000. Others have new screen names but are the same people. Then, of course, we have our fairly new posters who are encouraging a 3rd Party vote or staying home who are liberals trying to cause problems!
Sure glad we are not as stupid as they think we are!

If you truly renounced your words, then sorry for the flame.

No, thank you for contributing and for sticking around to help make FreeRepublic a bigger, better, and more effective fighting force!
To: Thisiswhoweare
What was your screen name in 2000 when you opposed George W. Bush. You and some others are just proving our points -- you and your ilk never support Pres Bush.
Do you remember Executive Orders that Clinton passed? Well President Bush is not doing Executive Orders -- he is sending this to Congress for their action. What part of that do you not understand?
If you think we could take four years of Dean and his Executive Orders, think again. You want our military under a Howard Dean -- well I don't so you can take Dean wouldn't be so bad and stuff it.
As for the support against Clinton -- seems to me he appointed a lot of judges we are having problems with today, signed a lot of Executive Orders that we are having problems with today, sold our nuclear secrets -- you want me to go on. That support against Bill Clinton meant zero, zip, nada -- look at who he pardoned. Then his wife gets elected to the Senate.
Give us a break! If you want to support Dean, be honest enough to say you support Dean and take the heat for it but don't give me the spin Dean would be better than Bush crap!

This is Bush's Waterloo.
Instead of plugging the widening gap in our borders, these potential "undocumented" worker programs will open the floodgates of immigration further yet. And this amnesty proposal may backfire politically. Polling shows that a majority of Republicans, Democrats and independents all favor stricter enforcement of immigration laws, not laxer guidelines, and certainly not blanket amnesty. If President George W. Bush applies the force of the bully pulpit behind an ill-conceived amnesty program, the resulting security breach may cost Bush the election -- and the American people their security. That's a price they will not willingly pay in a post-9/11 world. In proposing any form of amnesty, President Bush is playing with fire.

It would be useful to take this opportunity and gather a listing of all people who whined and squealed like stuck pigs today about how traitorous and ruinous and back-stabbing and globalist and dastardly President Bush is and how they will be voting Democratic or fringe or not at all, and compare it to the next single-issue extortion event.
I know we are supposed to be less suspicious of other people's hidden motivations, but as you say when you see the same thing for the 5th or 6th time it carries much less import.

If they're being tracked, it'll be easier to find them than it is now.

Just FYI-I voted for Bush, and I was going to again too. I am not a liberal, I am not a DU troll, and I have never had a different screen name. So I don't fit you mold, and I know others here do not either.
