A Finest Prayer for our brave Military:

God Bless Our Military

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Below are names of some of our FReepers' loved ones who are serving our country. If you have someone you would like to add, please address a post to Billie; Dansangel; Dutchess; Mama_Bear; Aquamarine and we will add their name to this list. As we pray for them, we pray also for all our nation's leaders, and military personnel, and their families and friends. May God hold them close to His heart.
~~~~~~~~~~   ~~~~~~~~~~

We ask Lord, that You guide the leaders of our great country in their hour of decision. The burden that has been placed on their shoulders is overwhelming. We ask that with Your infinite wisdom You guide them gently to the right decisions.
Please give us the strength, Lord, to get through each difficult and devastating day that faces each of us and our country. Protect and guide our Military that are now being called to duty, strengthen them in their trials and temptations; give them courage to face the perils which beset them; and grant them a sense of your abiding presence wherever they may be; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

I have to have taglines since I was *reprimanded* by one of my own chapter members. LOL He told me if, as chapter leader, I couldn't find a decent one, he would give me an INdecent one. :) Sassy bunch in the Puget Sound group... ;)

BTW, I managed to drip blood all over the floor this afternoon, this time from cutting my finger on a piece of metal sticking out from the corner of a footlocker (I store stuff in that, and had to move it to repack my Christmas decorations into the closet which also contains the footlocker....I have been typing with a bandaid on my finger, after putting hydrogren peroxide and then neosporin, first. I put rubbing alcohol on my head earlier. There's still blood in my hair from this morning's attack, lol! ... Just thought I'd update you on my progress today. I did get finished putting away all the decorations, after cutting myself.

Signing off here for now for awhile. I have to iron something. Hopefully, I won't burn myself again (I did the other day, the last time I ironed). : )

OK....here's the solution. Next New Year's Day, rather than pack everything away, burn the house down.
