S. Florida teen girls discovering `bisexual chic' trend

A group of teenagers is gathered at a party. Music's playing; smuggled booze is flowing. Two girls grin sheepishly at each other as a crowd goads them on.

Finally, the teens relent, rewarding their audience with some mouth-on-mouth action.

It's not an unusual scene, according to South Florida high school students, who say the newest trend for teen girls isn't wearing the latest designer jeans or driving a cool car, but declaring themselves to be bisexual.

What I think is sad is that the guys (boys) won't have anything to do with the same thing. The girls are doing this to "please" the boys. I think the girls should get together and have the boys do some kissing. Those parties will stop in about five seconds flat.

Not exactly on topic, but, does anybody EVER actually look at your permanent record from high school...

I always heard the horror stories about your permanent record and figured it would haunt me for the rest of my life when I was in high school, I had MANY black marks for PDA's and dozens of other offenses.

Long story short, I never had a bit of trouble getting into college, all they seemed to look at were grades and SAT scores (admittedly it was not Ivy league). I now work in a job were I had to get a National Security Clearance, got it no problem...

I've come to the conclusion the threat of permanent record is akin to threat of "Santa Claus is watching you"

Of all the experimentation that teen girls could do, this seems like one of the more harmless options.

Well, it might be a few years since I was a teenage girl (80s), but I was a bit on the wild side. But I never saw 2 chicks kiss, at least publically, as part of open experimentation. I don't know if I really care, but the "line" has certainly been pushed.

And back in the 80s, no one ever thought that oral sex wasn't sex (which has to be the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard).

The media, as it is backed by the homosexual agenda, keeps pushing lesbianism, and homosexuality as chic behaviors, especially for the fashionable young impressionable crowds.

Guys, in general do not mind watching chicks make out. But if you flip the case, they would object to guys making out. ALL homosexual or sex with animals should be regarded as abnormal behaviors, and be kept private for perverts eyes only.

A common male fantasy driven by the porno industry along with the gay agenda folks. They see two hotties making out (or worse) and imagine themselves placed between them. If you've ever seen a porn flick, they nearly always include a lesbian scene, even though they (the movies) are directed at men. They've convinced young men that its sexy and the liberal media has taught them that "it's OK".

If young men think it's "hot" then young girls are sure to oblige them.

As someone who also was a teen girl in the 80's, I concur with your opinion.
Oral sex was most definitely sex, sometimes, remembering back, even more so than intercourse(certainly not something you would do with someone casually that is for sure) and you wouldn't find two girls publicly kissing either, even two you thought were an item. And I was in the punk crowd and then the club scene and the envelope hadn't even been pushed that far back then, at least not publicly or for those who hadn't been on something.

I know this is true. My two nieces (14 and 16) were visiting my brother recently and told him that this was the rage. He's up on all this garbage and asked them about it - actually his lady friend asked them about it. I didn't even know this was happening. It is just another example of the perversity that is becoming more and more rampant in our society and looked upon as being okay. I am re-reading a book by John MacArthur, a pastor in Southern California called "The Vanishing Conscience" and it is excellent. He makes so many good points. As the concept of sin is pretty much wiped out, people will continue to degenerate and as the Bible states, "When the foundations crumble, what will the righteous do?"
