EVERYTHING I NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED ON FREE REPUBLIC
Libertina | December 25, 2003 | Libertina

Posted on 12/25/2003 6:51:48 AM PST by Libertina

I’ve been thinking about everything I’ve learned on FR. Now I know the meaning of:

1.BUMP
2.ROTFLOL
3.I know what Prayer Warriors do
4.I know that Canada is a place where we store our extra trees
5.I know How Many Freepers it takes to change a light bulb
6.I know a vanity when I see one ;)

What did you learn on FR that you needed to know in life?

7. There are some people here who will claim to never support President Bush again over one issue.

Because you posted this, I will never support President Bush ever again.

Just remember, bert: Party of the first part (the respondents to any action) argue that avoiding this pari passu expansion of commission jurisdiction with expansion of the substantive scope of the act was the reason the `nothing shall be construed' provision was framed in the alternative: `nothing in this act shall be construed to apply or to give the commission jurisdiction' (emphasis added) with respect to the forbidden subjects. Party of the first part wants to part at a party with parity with the party of the second part.

Don't edge slowly away.

Run in abject fear.

For I am released, and hungry.

I liked the word of the day thread, but I was always late to class.

Even though I'm on the east coast, I am always late to class, too!

You should rejoin and we can report to each other what our post # is. Depending on the day, my first post is often between #200 and 300. How about it?

A late Merry Christmas to you. We had a wonderful one up here too. Finally no rain just sunshine and a nice day.

Professor Mark, thanks for all of your lessons to the FR herd this past year!

Ah yes, all of the abbreviations and acronyms we learn on FR.

Then, there is nothing like the fresh aroma of a Troll being Zotted on Free Republic. Zotting gets our blood flowing.

That Senator Pardek is a Mel Gibson lookalike and doesn't have a wheel chair and six gorgeous nurses surrounding him at all times! That there really are Knights in Shining Armor on White Chargers still abounding in the south and that Eddie is one of them! That Lazamataz isn't the class clown after all and for a New Yorker is pretty cool.

That there are a lot of wonderful people here at FR who will stick with you through thick and thin. I admire them.

I learned that if you have a gender-neutral screen name, other FReepers often assume you are a guy :-)
