The jurors asked the judge this morning for the definition of 'Malice'.

(sigh)

Fox News has this as well. (I had turned away when they started Jackson charges, but turned back.)

I kinda define "malice" as shooting total strangers in the head from the trunk of a car... but that's just me.

Lee Malvo - Washington sniper •   Lee Malvo was evidently the trigger man for the series of shootings in fall of 2002 in the Washington region that killed 10 people and terrorized a huge area for weeks. Young Malvo came to this country with his mother as an illegal alien stowaway, and as such, should have been immediately returned to his native Jamaica according to law. But the INS is often more concerned with saving money on jail costs than protecting the public, so Lee Malvo was released into America to do as he wished. Also, Bill O'Reilly found evidence that a local immigrants' rights group inserted its influence to have Malvo set free rather than be deported. Not that the young man was an obvious candidate to be a serial killer, but with a quarter of federal prisoners being illegal aliens, the problem of alien criminals is serious and often overlooked by sentimental propaganda like, "They only come here to work."

It has to be guilty on all counts. No way would they come back so soon if it was otherwise.

Malice: A stupid cop ignoring evidence that the sniper is black and then intentionally harrasing any "disgrumbled" whitey driving a van.

I'm sure the little snotrag will be guilty, the only question I have is how they'll handle the penalty phase. I could see them deciding he wasn't as evil as the older dude and just giving him 50 years or so.

But then I thought OJ was guilty, too, and I'm pretty sure Scott Peterson did it... and don't get me started on Michael Jackson...

Hard to give him an "insanity" after the govt. lawyers pulled out those letters he wrote to another prisoner on how to deceive interrogators.

I bet is they find him "sane." Though I think he was "brainwashed" by John M., and is in some sense' John's victim...though it doesn't exonerate him from his crimes.

Not really. The news is that the verdict is coming in the next few minutes.

If I was sneaky, I would have started this thread when the jury started deliberating. (Don't use that idea, I'll want to use it later. :)
