Hard to give him an "insanity" after the govt. lawyers pulled out those letters he wrote to another prisoner on how to deceive interrogators.

I bet is they find him "sane." Though I think he was "brainwashed" by John M., and is in some sense' John's victim...though it doesn't exonerate him from his crimes.

Truth is, despite all the hype and excitement on Court TV that insanity defenses generate, they're not real successful at actually getting defendants acquitted.
