Now, all Dean needs is a photo with the Gore "package" on the cover of Rolling Stone. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

I was 8 in 1964. My Dad was a big Goldwater supporter, and had all kinds of AuH20 paraphernalia.

I'm going to upload that picture to my image folder online just in case it happens to disappear from the net. LOL

What is up with the two sized too big suit coat?
To: BigSkyFreeper
No, you misunderstood. Dean said he will absolutely choose an insider-- someone who has Capitol Hill knowledge.

I dunno, but it doesn't display an image of being "rough and tough in the Senate". LOL
To: NutCrackerBoy
I doubt it. Dean can't choose someone as conservative as Breaux. His base will abandon him. His base is his whole organization. He doesn't have establishment folks in his organization. They aren't forgiving of choosing a pro-ANWR-exploration guy as VP.

LOL! Have there been any polls lately in the nature of "if the election was held today, Bush vs. Dean who would you vote for"- I'd like to know the numbers

There are alot of "absolutes" that Dean has said, many of them "absolute whoppers", but I believe you are correct, and this plays well into this endorsement by Gore, a DC insider, who has proven he's no moderate.
At this point, I surmise a Dean/Gore ticket.

Side note: Just watching A&E's special on Biographies of the Year, and Joan Rivers BLASTED France for note supporting the US in the war in Iraq. OMG, she ripped them another a$$hole. She ended being bleeped, calling them F-ing Bastards. It was great- and she was completely serious!

I am not predicting Dean-Breaux. I just don't see why his choice of running mate has to please his base. The base will be suffering no lack of, uh, energization.
To: BigSkyFreeper
I surmise a Dean/Gore ticket. No, no, will never happen. Al Gore would rather die than run for Vice President again.
