"But they were getting declined left and right," our source said. "People were actually telling the reporters 'You don't want to print what I think about her and her visit.'"
After Clinton and her entourage departed, the only topics G.I.s wanted to talk about were "how great the food was and how fantastic they thought George Bush's visit to Iraq was."

"I'm frankly stunned that she (or her handlers) didn't anticipate the PR value of this type of endeavor, "
Perhaps her handlers tried, but turned the idea down as being beneath her.

"Buzz" Patterson's book, Derelection of Duty, outlined several personal observations of Hillary's disdain for men in uniform. Anyone that thinks that Hillary is a friend of the military man is looking through a blind man's eyes.

We still eat after our troops are served, that hopefully will never change.
As for Hitlery, she is an elitist member of "The Party" (ie Orwell's 1984), so she feels she deserves to be served before the "uneducated barbaric baffoons" (to quote an ex-girlfriend's view of the military).
While I do love all these backfires from the Left and the great news about the economy, jobs, and the war, I doubt many people in the world will ever hear about them since accurate news reporting is only left to the internet and outlets like FOX which are usually lambasted as "right wing hate outlets".
Here's a quote (slightly paraphrased since I can't remember all of it) for Hillary and the President. You decide which one lived up to it. The quote, I think, is from Gen Patton. "An officer's rank is a badge of servitude. Servitude to his men".
My vote is Bush executed the intent of this quote very well while Hitlery showed why these elitest armies we fight (Iraq, North Korea, etc) where officers are royalty and the enlisted are trash are defeated time and again.

I heard one of the talking heads trying to belittle Bush's trip by commenting that he "didn't even stay long enough to eat." Totally clueless.

Here's the thing. If reporters were getting that kind of response THAT should have been their story. But that would assume they didn't have an agenda.

The brass at Bagram apparently had a hard time rounding up New Yorkers who wanted to have dinner with Mrs. Clinton. Only six G.I.'s responded to an email sent out last week that stated, "Looking for military members from New York and Rhode Island interested in meeting their Senator/Congressman." How did this woman get elected?

As long as the President is also the Commander in Chief, Hillary will not become President.

As much as I want to believe every word of this, knowing what low lifes the Clintons are, one has to remember the source ... here's another article from the same source regardng our dear Ann Coulter and Free Republic of all places! [I do love parody .. just have to remember when you are reading it! ;-)]

ANN COULTER SEX VIDEO SURFACES ON 'FREE REPUBLIC' WEB SITE
(Washington, DC) -- A video of conservative chanteuse Ann Coulter allegedly having sex with fellows of the Hoover Institution has surfaced on the 'Free Republic' conservative web site. The grainy video has been downloaded over 798 million times in the last 24 hours, making it the most popular conservative download after the 'Hillary-turning-into-Satan' screensaver that appeared last Christmas, according to statistics kept by the web-site rating service, Alexa.com.
Experts with the CIA and FBI say that they are unable as yet to determine the veracity of the video. However, several sources close to Ms. Coulter who have seen the video say that they have no doubts about the video's authenticity.
"Yeah, Ann always does that thing, you know, whenever someone yells out 'flat tax,'" commented one source familiar with Ms. Coulter's bedroom proclivities.
"It's definitely Ann," said another source. "But I'll say one thing. Former Secretary of State George Schultz is surprisingly limber for a man of his age."

But will you posters vote against her in 2008?
She is obviously going to run. The media will fall over her with fawning adoration. A mind-numbed public will march to the polls and vote for the first woman president.
Will you be registered and vote against her?
All this is a waste if she gets to be president.
