President Bush secretly landed an hour ago and is currently eating Thanksgiving dinner at my undisclosed location. Anticipate a press release after he takes off.

I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when 43 told his advisors what he was going to do!

Yup, about as thrilled as when he told them he was going to do a trap landing on the Abraham Lincoln!!!!

I love this President.

It is just a SHORT video clip, but the BEST part: when our guys realize that their Commander in Chief is actually on the ground in their war zone...

I can't find the video anywhere on that website. The "Bush speaks to soldiers" link just takes you to an article.

I did find their forum, and some of the posts are even more idiotic than the posts on DU. This one is my favorite:

I find this very stupid. This morning my best friend and I was very excited when we heard that Hilary Duff was going to perform in The Thanksgiving Parade. As the show went along my friend and I got more and more excited, and just when Hilary Duff was going to sing, a special news report came on about the President making a surprise visit to the troops in Baghdad. As they showed him and the troops, my friend and I were furious. I don't think the news casters understood or even thought to consider how many teenagers including myself got up early to enjoy the festive parade let alone watch Hilary Duff. I was and still am very upset that they had to cut out right when she was going to perform to tell America that the President was in Baghdad...Yes that is very nice of him, but I believe it was a wrong doing of there?s. Maybe they should think about other people before doing something

If I ever had a child that stupid I think I'd kill myself.

Yup, thanks for the ping, LSOG. I dropped in at FR this morning for a few minutes, saw this, and thought it was a Freeper Parody! I couldn't believe he actually did this, until this afternoon, when I heard it on the hourly radio news. Dubya got some big stones to pull this off. Dubya and Condi with their baseball caps pulled down over their eyes, LOL, I love it! And, the news quoted him as saying, "I think we just looked like a normal couple." LOL! Yeah, just the Prez and the Nat'l Security Advisor, no big deal!

I don't think He Whose Name Will Not Be Mentioned on Thanksgiving, who would have a baseball cap pulled down over his eyes for other Reasons That Will Not Be Mentioned on Thanksgiving, would have had the nerve to do it.

Is the Dem Comedy Hour-and-a-half Debate coming on CNBC at 7:00 p.m. CST a live presentation or rerun? If live, it will be interesting to hear the candidates' reaction to GWB's sudden trip.

Another great scoop for Free Republic!

GWB really pulled off a good one on all the pressies stuck in Crawford on a major holiday.

And he also upstaged the Hildebeast and her ridiculous posturing as Bob Hope.

Phenominal. Absolutely historic. Hillary Clinton, all the Democrat candidates and particularly Wesley Clark, must also be palpitating and blacking out.

General Clark was having difficulty with the latest news:
