About damn time... a well-known child molestor being allowed to run free for years without consequence has been sending a really, really bad message to others inclined in the same direction.Yes, but I want to know when the arrest warrants go out for the parents who've been sending their kids to Neverland to spend unsupervised time with Jackson? Honestly, I have to wonder if this isn't a deliberate attempt to extort money from Jackson. Any parents who'd send their kids over to "play" with Jackson, strike me as quite capable of encouraging the kids to egg him on in inappropriate activities so they can hit him up for a few million.

I have to ask it again. Are the parents of this boy going to be allowed to skip away from their obvious guilt of child endangerment like the previous parents did?
To: TroutStalker
The poor black boy who became a rich white woman is about to drown out the rats message in the upcoming election. This ought to make the coverage of the OJ case look tame.

That may restore him back to the color God gave him.
Seriously, this is all so sick. He still needs our prayers to balance the scorn. I pray he has a change of heart (as needed) and I pray he gets what he deserves (bad or good).

*Looks like all the donations that this Nambla Poster Boy made to Davis over the years became useless after Arnold was sworn in on 17 November*

The charges on Smoking Gun doc of the day are old. I remember reading those in the past. I will bet Smoking Gun will have the new charges as soon as they are available.

Just what the media was praying for. This story will give them an excuse to minimize coverage of Bush's speech.
Heck, even Faux News Channel is covering the speech as an annoying afterthought. Amy Kellogg suddenly gets visibly excited as she shifts to discussion of the protests, which ends up occupying most of her report.

Those are the old charges from way back, not the new ones. These old charges were civil jurisdiction, and weren't enough to spawn a search warrant or arrest warrant, weren't they? If so, then I shudder to think what the current charges must look like. By the way, some of the things the kid in the old charges claims that Michael said sound JUST LIKE Michael in the most recent interview, as far as "being friends," "what other people think is wrong isn't neccessarily wrong," etc.

And Mikey says "Where the hell is Jessie Jackson when I really need him"

An Excellent Question: <<"I have to ask it again. Are the parents of this boy going to be allowed to skip away from their obvious guilt of child endangerment like the previous parents did?">>
What kind of Parents would allow their young child to spend any unsupervised time with Michael Jackson? The Parents should be charged as accomplices.

"what other people think is wrong isn't neccessarily wrong," etc. Michael is just ahead of the curve by a few years. Now that sodomy isn't a problem its just a matter of time before we can shed our old out dated thinking an accept that children can have rich loving physical relationships with adults also.

M Jackson guilty ...6 counts...felony plastic surgury!
To: Humbug
Another thread says that there are new charges as well. Sickening creep. Anyone that focused on his (now sickening and inhuman) physical appearance has to be psychotic anyway.

Any parents who'd send their kids over to "play" with Jackson, strike me as quite capable of encouraging the kids to egg him on in inappropriate activities so they can hit him up for a few million. I personally know MANY parents who take their children to Neverland. Most are very wealthy upstanding citizens who just absolutely refuse to beleive he would hurt a child. They think the previous charges were trumped up by gold-diggers.
I think they are insane, but trust me, the people I know who take their children to Neverland think Michael is a very kind and shy man who is lonely and misunderstood. I also think they are star struck, but they do not admit this.
To: ActionNewsBill
I just found out that he was arrested inside a K-Mart. He had heard that they had boys pants half-off. Well, if they lock him up, look for him to enter prison wearing a pair of Underoos on his arm.
The reporters will ask him what they're for, and he'll reply:
"I'm on the patch!"
To: TroutStalker
I don't really care about Michael Jackson.
But it's going to take more than some accusation for me associate him with NAMBLA as some have done here. I hope those who would convict first and ask questions later watched at least some of the TV show that refuted some other smear job from a year ago or so.
I don't trust the press to tell me what is going on about anything anymore, except for sports and weather; and anything includes Michael Jackson.

What kind of Parents would allow their young child to spend any unsupervised time with Michael Jackson? The folks I know who allow their children to spend time at Neverland claim there are other adults around at all times. I don't think it would be that hard to slip off to the cabana, but these people feel their children are safe. They know Michael very well. He comes to their homes for dinner. Of course he insists that the hosts put sheets over their windows and they gladly comply.
He takes entire families shopping at Toys are Us. In exchange, he expects people to be there for him at all hours of the night and day.
